French International Festival of Rugby

The French International Festival of Rugby will be the highlight of many teams season. The largest junior rugby festival in France will see teams from all around France, Europe, the UK and Ireland descend on the region to compete in an outstanding event.

The opportunity to give young players a chance to experience a new country, a new culture and new style of rugby, is an opportunity not to be missed. The atmosphere and welcome is always unique and a Festival of immense excitement is guaranteed.

Arras Rugby Club will again host the 2011 event, which includes four quality pitches with a grandstand overlooking the main pitch where you are sure to find a pulsating atmosphere. There is onsite catering facilities within the clubhouse and numerous food and drink outlets.

Typical Itinerary

Friday
  • Teams arrive at their accommodation by means of their preferred option of a ferry or the euro tunnel. Some teams may have the option of flying to the event.
  • Evening meal (Not included in package) followed by night at your leisure.
  • Please note: Timings will vary dependant on ferry crossings and bus transfers.

Saturday
  • Breakfast (Not included in package)
  • Shuttle bus departs accommodation for the short journey to RC Arras.
  • FESTIVAL DAY 1 – Group games.
  • Evening meal (Not included in package) followed by evening at own leisure.

Sunday
  • Breakfast (Not included in package)
  • Shuttle bus departs hotel for the short journey to RC Arras.
  • FESTIVAL DAY 2 – Finals Day & presentations
  • Evening meal (Not included in package) followed by evening at own leisure.

Monday

After all the excitment of the weekend it's time to depart for home.
