Welsh Super Cup

The Welsh International Super Cup is one of the UK's leading youth football tournaments. 2011 will celebrate the 27th year of the Aberystwyth event and Team Tours Direct would love for you to become part of it.
The event is played on some of the finest pitches in the UK, located in Aberystwyth, Mid Wales. Scouts from all major Premier League and Football League clubs attend the event, indicating the football is of a very good standard. Many stars of the beautiful game have graced the surfaces of the tournament including Steven Gerrard, Andriy Shevchenko and Owen Hargreaves to name just a few.
Typical Itinerary
| Sunday | Teams arrive at Aberystwyth University. Check-in is avaialbe from 4pm. Opening Ceremony with parade, live entertainment and fireworks. |
| Monday | Make your way to Blaendolau playing fields for Class J to Class A pool matches and Ladies Open Age competitions. |
| Tuesday | Day two of the pool stages for classes J to A. The ladies open age competition finals will get decided. |
| Wednesday | Day 3 for Class J to A pool matches, also the start of classes K & L mini tournament. |
| Thursday | Quarter & Semi Finals day, teams are sorted in upto four tiers of competition for finals day. |
| Friday | Finals day, teams will compete for fine silverware and the bragging rights of Welsh Super Cup Champions. Teams depart from home after an excellent week of football and fun. A farewell party to round off proceedings. |
