Friday

Absailing at the accommodationfor the South Coast

Teams arrive at their accommodation base in readiness for the weekend ahead. "Accommodation is available from 4pm on day of arrival" For those teams staying at holiday villages you can enjoy the evening entertainment and facilities on offer at the park. Teams staying in all other accommodation please check with a staff member to see what facilities are available and if there is any entertainment on offer.


Saturday

Kicking a Rugby ball in the South Coast

Buses will be on hand to transfer you to and from the accommodation and the tournament site.

It’s day one of the rugby programme where teams will participate against other teams drawn in their group in the pool stages. Please note, on occasions where the entry level is very high some group games may fall over in to Sunday morning to complete fixtures.

Once the rugby has finished for the day it is time to relax and enjoy the facilities on offer at your accommodation base.

Sunday

Once again buses will be at the ready to transfer you to and from the holiday village and the tournament site.

Day two of the rugby programme will see the quarter finals, semi finals and finals played. No matter where you finished after day one of the group stage you are assured to be in a competitive tournament on the Sunday with teams who finished at the top of the group from Saturday's games going on to the major cup event, teams who finished mid table going on to the Challenge Cup event and teams which finished at the lower end of the group going on to participate within the Shield event.

Celebrations in the South Coast

On occasions where the entry level is very high a fourth level tournament will be introduced to ensure all involved enjoy two days of competitive rugby.

Presentations will be made to the winners and runners up of each tournament in true Team Tours Direct style.

Now the rugby is over it is time to enjoy your remaining evening of fun with your team at your accommodation base and the surrounding region.


Monday

Time has come to depart your accommodation after a truly great rugby weekend away with your team.

International & UK Teams

International & UK Teams who have booked double header tournaments or customise tours can expect the following.

International teams who have flown in to the participate in more than one of Team Tours Direct international events will have a separate itinerary with warm up fixtures and excursions built in through the mid week in readiness for the next big tournament ahead.

Teams who have travelled over by ferry or euro tunnel will have a coach transfer on day of arrival and departure to take them to and from the ferry port or their home region subject to what has been booked in advance, in addition to any pre - booked excursions you have paid for.

Those teams who have flown in especially for the tournament will have coach transfers "if booked in advance" to and from the airport and any excursions they have pre - paid for.
