2013 will mark the thirteenth year of the North Wales Festival Of Rugby, and it has firmly established itself as the leading mini and junior rugby festival in Wales.

Teams travel from all over the UK and Ireland to participate in this prestigious event. A warm Welsh welcome with great hospitality is assured for all participating teams and their families.

  • Kicking of ball allowed anywhere on the field

  • Full contact laws at tackle and breakdown
  • Contested scrum, maximum push 0.5 mtrs, no wheeling

  • Uncontested lineout with lifting, catch and drive allowed, maximum 10 mtrs anywhere on the field.

  • Q. Does the acting scrum half need to pass the ball away from the breakdown?
  • A. Yes, the acting scrum half cannot pick and go - penalty, free kick to the non offending team, only applicable to U9’s, U10’s and U11’s
